Lutheran Satire: Messing with Dispensationalists

It has been all over the news that (false) preacher Harold Camping is claiming that the world will end at 6:00 pm on May 21. There are plenty of other false claims about the End Times. Some are Pre-Millennialists claiming a 1,000 years of peace and tranquility during Christ's reign on earth after the destruction of the Antichrist and Satan. Some are Post-Millennialists claiming that after a 1,000 year period of peace and tranquility, Christ will return.

Lutherans are Amillennialists, meaning that there will be no millennium of perfect peace on earth, before or after Christ's second coming. This is the biblical point of view.

Enjoy the video on messing with Dispensationalists - Dispensationalists are those who believe in a millennium of peace and tranquility and a rapture of believers.

PS. If the world ends on Saturday, May 21, then you’ll be in God’s House in heaven on Sunday. Saints and angels will be leading our worship for an eternity. If the world doesn’t end, then you’ll be in God’s house at 2921 Olive St on Sunday. Branches Band will be leading us in worship in both of our services. See you in God’s house on Sunday morning.

  2. I love this and all your stuff. But I don't know to many Post-Mil people who believe in a 1000 year perfect peace.
